We look internally to analyze your practice from a marketing perspective, evaluating past marketing initiatives, referral trends, revenue and volume performance and positive and less than positive perceptions that might exist in your market. We also take an “outside look” to assess your practice from a market positioning and competitive standpoint. With this information we develop a twelve month plan with specific recommendations for PR and marketing initiatives along with action plans, budgets and time lines. We can even help with implementation by serving as your part-time Director of Marketing.
Or, should you choose to go it alone, we can also provide you with You Need To Have A Plan Before You Can “Work The Plan” a step-by-step guide that you can follow to conduct an internal marketing assessment of your practice and develop a marketing plan, with specific examples of each of the plan elements along with a sample to use as a reference.
